Definitions

Seller: Lilika. Customer: the natural or legal person placing a purchase. Products: the handcrafted fabrics and samples offered on the site. Site: lilika.it.

Orders and Purchases

An order constitutes a purchase proposal and is finalised upon confirmation by the Seller, sent by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of technical errors, unavailability or suspected fraud. Fabrics are sold by the meter: small variations in cut may occur.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers; we do not store your full credit card details.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the European Union via tracked courier. Indicative delivery times are 3-5 working days from order confirmation. Shipping is free for orders over €69.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and EU Directive 2011/83, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal contact us at info@lilika.it. Fabrics cut to size may be excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, where length has been customised on the customer's request.

Warranties

All products sold are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by Art. 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. In case of defects please contact us within the time limits required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lilika's liability towards the Customer is limited to the value of the products purchased. Lilika is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data resulting from the use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers are additionally protected by the mandatory rules of the country of their habitual residence.

Disputes

For any dispute the competent court is Milan, without prejudice to the consumer's non-waivable forum. Consumers may also use the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
